Sales Manager - Full Time - Brussels

**About the role**:

- As the founding member of our team in Brussels, you will be supporting the growth of our presence from the ground up. You will help us grow our community of partners by introducing the Saltz.App to Brussels' most ambitious kitchens, from neighborhood lunch spots and casual concepts to Michelin-starred restaurants, chef-driven venues, and event caterers._

Join **Saltz.App** now to shape our entire GTM strategy with direct access to founders, investors, and international peers. The position is full-time.

**What you will do**:

- **Drive growth in City**: Expand Saltz’s footprint by winning and building lasting relationships with clients from hotels/restaurants/caterings
- **Hunt for opportunities**: Identify, research, and qualify potential customers who can benefit most from Saltz.App.
- Engage prospects via calls, social media, and most importantly, in-person visits to chefs and restaurant managers.
- Lead demos that let chefs see how Saltz makes getting the right products delivered to their kitchen effortless and on time.
- Bring market insights, client feedback, and ideas to refine our approach and influence product improvements.

**What you need**:

- Professional French and proficiency in English
- You’re comfortable visiting chefs and restaurant managers daily (field sales)
- You have experience working as a salesperson
- A builder's mindset, you thrive on creating and refining processes
- Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills, you seek to understand a client's core challenges
- A genuine passion for the culinary world
- Bonus: You speak other languages fluently in addition to English
