Role:As a Business Manager at you take the lead in expanding our customer base by identifying, engaging and converting new prospects. You drive the full sales cycle : from opening doors to closing strategic deals, while acting as a credible advisor supported by our internal experts. Your strong industry insight enables you to spot high‐value opportunities, articulate our value proposition and represent us with impact at key events.You drive our growth and expand our footprint by attracting new prospects and customers. You understand and recognize your prospect's business, their key drivers and challenges and act upon them by introducing relevant services and products. Supported by our PreSales and Delivery teams, you inspire prospects to rethink their Supply Chain Strategy and explore new levels of maturity. You help them to innovate and transform their supply chain into a strategic advantage.You understand the prospect's industry, business environment, key drivers and challenges.You challenge and support prospects to elevate their Planning performance.You manage the full sales cycle - from opportunity identification to proposal and closing.You identify opportunities to introduce relevant Solventure services and solutions that align with prospect's needs. You ensure prospects fully understand Solventure's total offering and its added value.You build a clear roadmap based on future potential to maximize impact.You create competitive yet realistic quotations and align internal and external stakeholders to support the sales process.Your industry and customer-specific knowledge allow you to act as a trusted advisor to prospect stakeholders, supported by our PreSales and Delivery teams.You represent us at key industry events and trade fairs to build visibility, expand your network, and identify new opportunities.ProfielYou hold a Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or equivalent through experience.You bring at least 8 years of experience in consultative or solution selling—whether through:minimum 5 years in Salesminimum 7 years in consulting,or a strong combination of both.You have a proven track record in Consulting, (Supply Chain) Planning or Software Services.You are a natural new‐business driver—energized by identifying and opening new opportunities, converting prospects into new customers and consistently growing the portfolio through a proactive sales approach.Experience in industries such as Food & Beverage, FMCG, Pharma, or Manufacturing is a strong asset.Your strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into pragmatic solutions make you a credible partner for C-level stakeholders.You communicate professionally in English, additionally fluency in German or French or Dutch is essential.You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident presence and open, engaging style.You're a true team player—enthusiastic, eager to learn and flexible in adapting to new situations. Your "can do" attitude and result-oriented mindset empower you to work autonomously, take initiative and think creatively.
