Your missionWhat You'll Do:As a CSM you’ll manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, guiding them from onboarding to mastery of our solutions. You’ll lead software training sessions, workshops, and provide ongoing support, both remotely and occasionally in-person. You’ll have the flexibility to structure your workday, ensuring our customers get the best experience possible.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored software solutions
- Lead training, coaching, and workshops that help customers master our platform
- Gather feedback and collaborate with our team to improve both products and processes
- Support customers through all phases of their journey with us—from onboarding to long-term success
- Assist with software project planning and implementation to ensure smooth delivery
What we're looking for:
- A degree in IT, Law, Business, or a similar field (or comparable experience)
- 2+ years of experience in a related role (Customer Success Manager, Software Trainer, Key Account Manager, etc.)
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Experience in a law firm or legal tech is a big plus, but not a deal-breaker
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and good written and spoken English
Our team currently consists of 6 employees and we are looking forward to completing the team with you. We generally work 3 days in the office in Boortmeerbeek and 2 days from home. Workshops and certain appointments also take place at the customer's premises.
