Momenteel zijn we voor ons kantoor in Brussel op zoek naar een Team Lead Operationele Expertise TBBE
Als teamleider Operations Expertise in TBBE ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van uitstekende klantenservice met betrekking tot het openen en wijzigen van rekeningen, betalingen, beleggingen, nalatenschappen en beslagleggingen. Je stuurt de levering en kwaliteitsverbetering van Operations-activiteiten in je team aan.
Hoe je aan het team zult bijdragen?
- Aansturen van een team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het tijdig en volgens de regels uitvoeren van alle klantactiviteiten en transacties.
- Zorg ervoor dat het team operationeel efficiënt is, zowel wat betreft capaciteit als competenties.
- Volg samen met het hoofd van Customer Services TBBE de kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve doelstellingen en KPI's op voor het team, houd nauwlettend in de gaten of deze worden gehaald en onderneem actie als dat nodig is.
- Leveren van managementinformatie over de operationele prestaties van de teams.
- Implementeer nieuwe projecten in het team die het team efficiënter maken.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Teambuilding en leiderschap: Creëer een coöperatieve en zeer effectieve teamomgeving, georiënteerd op de klant.
- Eigenaar zijn van de contacten met andere afdelingen die betrokken zijn bij de dienstverlening aan onze klanten, zoals de commerciële teams en de afdeling Know Your Customer & Financial Crime.
- Teamleden ondersteunen bij het afhandelen en beoordelen van complexe vragen van klanten
- Prestatiemanagement: Bewaak, evalueer en verbeter de prestatiecijfers binnen het team.
- Programma voor voortdurende verbetering: Eigenaar zijn van en zich inzetten voor de doelstellingen van het doorlopende programma voor continue operationele verbetering, met behulp van datagestuurde inzichten. De geïdentificeerde verbeteringen tijdig en efficiënt implementeren in de operationele organisatie.
- Risico en naleving: Toezicht houden op de naleving van wet- en regelgeving en intern beleid om ervoor te zorgen dat het bedrijf onder controle blijft en aan de regels voldoet.
- Toezien op de uitvoering van eerstelijns risicotaken (bijv. Key Control Tests).

Het volgende is vereist voor succes in deze functie:
Je hebt een aanleg voor people management en hebt capaciteiten als facilitator. Eerdere ervaring in people management is niet verplicht.
Je hebt affiniteit met operationele teams en/of je bent in staat om je snel in te werken in de Operations Expertise omgeving.
Je bent in staat om je teamleden te motiveren om de doelstellingen te bereiken, persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling te stimuleren, FLOW-dialogen te voeren en direct reports te coachen om hun volledige potentieel te bereiken.
Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels, Nederlands en Frans.
Het team
Het Operations Expertise team TBBE bestaat uit 12 FTE. Als teamleider rapporteer je aan het hoofd Customer Services TBBE.
