Le Coordinateur de Support sera responsable de fournir un soutien technique et administratif aux clients et aux membres de l'équipe. Il devra également gérer les demandes de support et les incidents, et fournir des solutions aux problèmes techniques.
Les principales responsabilités du Coordinateur de Support comprennent:
- Répondre aux demandes de support et aux incidents
- Identifier et résoudre les problèmes techniques
- Fournir des conseils techniques aux clients et aux membres de l'équipe
- Gérer les tickets de support et les incidents
- Assurer le suivi des demandes et des incidents
- Documenter les processus et les procédures
Le candidat idéal devrait avoir:
- Une formation en informatique ou en technologie de l'information
- Une expérience préalable dans un poste similaire
- Une bonne connaissance des systèmes d'exploitation et des logiciels
- Une bonne connaissance des technologies de l'information
- Une bonne capacité à communiquer et à travailler en équipe
- Une bonne capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à prendre des décisions
