En tant que responsable de salle d'un club, vous dirigez une équipe dynamique et impliquée afin qu'elle serve à nos membres les plats de notre carte primée avec le niveau de service le plus exigeant, le tout en veillant à maintenir l'ambiance et la qualité accueillantes et conviviales d'un club lounge. Pour cela, il est essentiel d'assembler une excellente équipe. Nos responsables de salle sont chargés de recruter, former et motiver l'équipe de sorte qu'elle vise l'excellence jour après jour afin de satisfaire nos membres.
Vous devez faire preuve d'un souci du détail proactif dans un environnement dynamique et convivial axé sur le service client. Vos tâches quotidiennes incluent la planification des horaires, le contrôle des stocks, la gestion du niveau de marge et la conformité aux règles les plus strictes en matière d'hygiène alimentaire. Vous prenez également en compte les remarques et commentaires des membres.
