Daoust is op zoek naar een **Facility & Administration Coordinator** (vervangingscontract) voor ons hoofdkantoor in Brussel (Louizawijk).
Je hebt een verantwoordelijke functie. Jouw belangrijkste opdracht is het **beheren en coördineren van de verschillende projecten** die gericht zijn op de ontwikkeling en constante verbetering van het bedrijf.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- De ontwikkeling en beheer van projecten met betrekking tot het departement Administration & Facilities gericht op het professionalisering, automatisering en digitalisering van het departement. Bijvoorbeeld : : een energie optimalisatieplan, modernisering van technisch apparatuur, coördinatie van de openingen en werken van de interimkantoren en departementen van de hoofdzetel,
- Coördinatie van het team in hun dagelijkse taken.
- Het beheer van diensten aanvragen en incidentenrapporten.
- Zo nodig de manager ondersteunen.
**Uw profiel**:
- Je bent bekend met het Office programma et kan snel leren om nieuwe softwareprogramma's te gebruiken (MS Project, Teams, planners).
- Je bent georganiseerd, nauwlettend, polyvalent en kan zowel zelfstandig als in een team werken.
- Je bent proactief en neemt graag initiatief
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en Nederlands.
- Je doet de waarden van de organisatie leven binnen de afdeling: "Welcome To The Family" en "We Love Solutions".
