At EMAsphere, we empower finance teams with a powerful cloud solution that simplifies financial reporting, accelerates decision-making, and drives business growth. We are looking for a Customer Manager to strengthen our Services & Support team in Belgium.
As a Customer Manager, you will:
Implement EMAsphere for our customers: analyse their situation, understand their needs, design and configure the best setup for them.
Train and empower users: help customers become confident EMAsphere experts and create high-quality documentation.
Enhance the product: collaborate with our Product & Development teams by sharing insights from the field and improvement ideas.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Engineering, or similar
Experience: 0 to 3+ years in financial software implementation, consulting, controlling, reporting or financial analysis
Languages: Dutch + English (professional level)
Ability to translate financial needs into technical solutions
A real team player but also comfortable working independently
