Your New Company Our client, the Volvo Group, is at the core of modern society. You will join Volvo Action Service (VAS), a department that supports Volvo Group customers across Europe whenever one of their vehicles has a problem, managing the entire process from the initial call to the final invoice. Great customer service is at the heart of their operation, with a proactive approach to getting vehicles back on the road as quickly and smoothly as possible. The team is diverse, speaks 21 different languages, and is passionate about providing the best possible customer experience.

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire process of a customer or dealer complaint. You will act as the central point of contact between all relevant parties, including customers, dealers, and internal departments. Complaint Management: Own the full process of a customer or dealer complaint.
Investigation: Investigate what happened and act as a liaison between all relevant parties.
Financial Resolution: Conclude the complaint by assigning responsibility and securing any financial resolutions.
Contribute to the company's continuous improvement by sharing relevant feedback with internal teams and other stakeholders to improve future performance.

You enjoy negotiating resolutions between parties with different perspectives.
Communicator: You are a confident communicator who can adapt your style to make every customer feel heard and supported.
Team Player: You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.
Languages: You are fluent in both spoken and written German and French.

International Environment: You will work in an international setting and collaborate with colleagues from all over the world.
