You’re a motivated and ambitious team player at the beginning of your career in the event industry. You may have some experience, or none at all. **What you'll be doing**
- Keep our and client's databases updated at all times
- Support in the production of an event during preparation and when on-site
- Assist in venue and supplier selection, registration of participants and may help to make travel arrangements
- Support (and learn from) project managers when setting, communicating, maintaining timelines and priorities on all projects
- Help manage the finances and monitor cost of our events
**Must haves**
- **Fluent English** or mother-tongue
- Attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Wanting to make our clients and teams happy
- Motivated and ready to go beyond the job description to make things happen
- Willing to commute to the office 3 times/week
**Nice to haves**
- Fluent French or Dutch
- Experience working in an event agency
- Academic background in Project Management or Events
- Good knowledge of Microsoft programs: Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, MS Teams and other technological registration tools
