**A. POST CONTEXT**
Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) provides an integrated Strategic Effects framework, employing a multi-domain and multi-region focus to create a 360-degree approach, with the flexibility to enable, upon direction, a seamless transition from Baseline Activities and Current Operations (BACO) up to the Maximum Level of Effort (MLE). SHAPE supports SACEUR in fulfilling his terms of reference, as directed by the North Atlantic Council.
The Strategic Enablement (STREN) Directorate is responsible for directing, monitoring and co-ordinating the implementation of Integrated Resource Management (IRM) activiites and staff functions at all levels of command across Allied Command Operations (ACO).
The Resource Management Division (REM) is responsible to SACEUR through COS SHAPE for the development and support required for the employment and monitoring of the ACO Strategic Management (ASM) System, including the ACO Strategic Management Plan (ASMP), providing ACO Programme Management lead in the development and implementation of NATO 2030 Resourcing initiative.
The post provides programme level support to the NATO 2030 Resourcing ACO Management Office (AMO).

**C. PRINCIPAL DUTIES**
**Principal Duties**
The incumbent’s duties are:
Support the NATO 2030 AMO:
- Conduct level meetings with Stakeholders of the SHAPE Directorates, Divisions, Commands, ACT, NATO HQ and NATO Agencies
- Coordinate with SHAPE Directorates, Divisions, Commands, ACT, NATO HQ and NATO Agencies for all requests for information, meetings and delivery of products.
- Support leadership engagement within SHAPE, with Commands, ACT, NATO HQ and NATO Agencies with direction, guidance, review and some creation of products presented internally and externally to the command.
- Assist the Principal Resource Advisor / AMO Programme Manager with the planning, implementation and monitoring of related projects.
- Organization and coordination of arrangements of weekly meetings, periodic workshops and conferences related to NATO 2030 Resourcing.
- Support the definition and implementation of way forwards between the “as is” situation and the vision for the future.
- Focus on continual improvement of systems and processes internal and external to the organization challenging the efficiency and quality of procedures while offering and implementing change solutions towards the achievement of organizational efficiencies.
- Be a champion of change management; identifying the barriers to change, defining initiatives to execute change and managing the change processes to completion.
- Ensure communications from the NATO 2030 team are clear, consistent, accurate, timely and on message with previous communications in order to present a cohesive and concise story.
- Priortize engagement activities, focus resources and align external communication to make the best use of time and people.
- Support the Principal Resource Advisor / AMO Programme Manager in defining the framework of engagement and manage expectations for the execution of the vision and agenda.
- Gain commitment from interested parties on the successful implementation of the NATO 2030 Agenda and work to maximize the benefits of the programme.
- Support the Principal Resource Advisor capacity to staff and coordinate resource related outputs, including attending and participating in the NATO Resource Committees.
- Support the development and implementation of policy, doctrine and supplementary ACO documents regarding NATO 2030 Resourcing support to ACO.
- Draft reports, minutes and speaking points related to AMO products.

**D. ADDITIONAL DUTIES**
- The incumbent may be required to undertake TDY assignments both within and without NATO’s boundaries and be willing to work unsocial hours.
- The work is normally performed in a typical Office environment. Normal Working Conditions apply. The risk of injury is categorised as: No risk / risk might increase when deployed
