Digital Customer Loyalty Manager

En tant que Digital Customer Loyalty Manager vous êtes chargé.e de la mise en place du programme de fidélisation au service de la relation client principalement sur nos produits digitaux. Vous entretenez et développez (par le biais de la base de données CRM et des diverses remontées d’informations) la connaissance client.
Vous imaginez, développez et mettez en place les plans d’actions pour augmenter la fidélisation de la base de données clients.
**Missions**:
**Développement de l’engagement client**
Vous développez la notoriété, l’image de la marque auprès des clients. Votre mission est de générer de l’interaction entre la marque et ses clients. Vous définissez le type d’expérience émotionnelle à proposer au client : le ressenti avant, pendant, après l’achat du produit ou du service.
**Analyse et suivi des comportements des clients**
Vous analysez les comportements de navigation des clients et identifiez les clients promoteurs de la marque. Vous êtes responsable de la gestion des campagnes de fidélisation et en analysez leurs résultats. Vous assurez également le reporting KPI de fidélisation et reportez les conclusions de vos analyses et informations recueillies auprès des directions concernées (Direction générale, Direction de la Rédaction, Direction Marketing, Direction financière )
**Gestion des prestataires / partenaires / équipes**
Vous mettez en place et gérez au quotidien les partenariats stratégiques dans le cadre de la fidélisation. Vous coordonnez les différents prestataires et fournisseurs. Vous définissez les plans d’action et les exposez aux équipes. Vous êtes responsable du suivi des budgets des opérations de fidélisation.
