**Talent, Learning and Development Manager**

Vous aurez pour missions principales de mettre en place notre nouveau département L&D et de faire évoluer nos processus Talent & Performance.
Cette fonction constitue un pilier clé de notre stratégie d'entreprise nous permettant de soutenir un environnement propice à la croissance, l'excellence, l'engagement et la satisfaction des collaborateurs et de rester à la pointe de notre secteur.

**Vos missions principales**
- Talent & Performance : faire évoluer et coordonner notre Cycle People (processus de gestion de talents et de performance) afin de favoriser l'alignement des objectifs d’équipe et individuels à ceux de l’entreprise, d’identifier les besoins en développement et de soutenir la progression et la mobilité professionnelle interne.
- Stratégie de développement : élaborer et déployer la stratégie de développement des compétences avec des programmes de formations en cohérence avec les orientations stratégiques et les besoins de développement des Managers et Collaborateurs (Trajets Corporate, Leadership et Individuels).
- Implémentation : mettre en place et gérer le nouveau département L&D ; implémenter les parcours de formation et de développement ; développer des offres de formation innovantes en utilisant une approche mixte comprenant des formations en présentiel, en ligne, en mode collaboratif, mentoring, coaching ou autres approches pédagogiques.
- Gestion et suivi : gérer le budget L&D et mettre en œuvre des outils (LMS) pour un suivi efficace des formations et indicateurs-clé liés au développement des talents ; suivre le taux de satisfaction de vos clients internes afin d’évaluer l’impact et l’efficacité des initiatives L&D.
- Digitalisation et extension de notre offre en ligne : piloter la digitalisation de l’offre de formation avec une accessibilité flexible via différentes solutions numériques et modulaires.

**Profil recherché**
- Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle sur un poste similaire ; une connaissance du domaine de la formation est indispensable.
- Connaissances du secteur d’activité et des métiers de l’entreprise pour mettre en place des actions de formation pertinentes
- Maîtrise de l’anglais écrit et oral (B2)
- Maîtrise des plateformes d’apprentissage en ligne, logiciels de gestion de la formation (LMS) et méthodes pédagogiques
- Expérience de budgétisation et gestion de projet rigoureuse (respect des échéances et livrables)
- Excellentes capacités relationnelles, de communication, d’animation de groupes et réseaux, de coaching, vous appréciez travailler de façon transverse avec plusieurs interlocuteurs.
