**Role title: Claims Management Intern**
**Role Location: Bruxelles Sablon**
**Role Description**
Dans le cadre de la gestion d’un de nos dossiers collectifs, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) étudiant(e) de Master 1 ou Master 2 pour venir effectuer un stage d'un mois dans notre société Deminor Litigation Funding, société belge spécialisée en financement de litiges.
L’objectif du stage est de nous aider dans le processus d'inscription de nouveaux clients dans un très gros litige en cours. Ceci inclus certaines des responsabilités ci-dessous:
- Communiquer avec nos clients, leur fournir l'assistance nécessaire par téléphone ou par courrier électronique, leur envoyer des mises à jour et des communications sur les actions de recouvrement auxquelles ils participent. Maintenir des relations positives avec tous les clients.
- Gérer et traiter leurs dossiers et les documents s’y tenant. Assurer le suivi des demandes d'information ou de documentation afin de s’assurer qu’ils soient complets.
- Veiller au respect des procédures de conformité et des processus existants.
- Traiter des activités de nature administrative telles que : préparation et distribution de correspondances, saisie de données dans notre base de gestion, établissement de rapports d’activite et de suivi.
Cette mission permettra à l'étudiant(e) de découvrir le monde du travail au sein d'une entreprise spécialisée dans ce domaine d'activité à la fois juridique et financière.
Nous souhaiterions qu’il/ elle commence le plus rapidement possible et assurons une rémunération attractive et un cadre de travail intéressant et dynamique au sein d'une super équipe. La personne sélectionnée savoir parler le français et maitriser Word.
