Om ons departement Operations te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Duty Manager Airside Services.
**Wat je bij ons zal realiseren**:
- Je ondersteunt de Head of Aerodrome Operations in alle facetten van airside services
- Je bent een geboren communicator en houdt van de operationele opvolging vanuit het APOC/Airside Inspection Office.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, opvolgen en motiveren van de airside inspectors.
- Je stuurt operationele airside processen aan en neemt beslissingen wanneer de operationele nood zich voordoet.
- Je leidt en neemt actief deel aan de dagelijkse operationele briefings en overlegmeetings met SKEYES, APOC en andere externe stakeholders
- Je neemt beslissingen in geval van onenigheid tussen airside actoren en bij niet naleving van de procedures
- Je start, in overleg met de Head of Aerodrome Operations, de werking van nood
- en interventieplannen op
- Je neemt nota van onregelmatigheden op het terrein en formuleert voorstellen tot een efficiënte oplossing
- Je bent de noodzakelijke schakel in de uitvoering van operationele opdrachten
- Je implementeert de wetgeving in de bestaande procedures en kijkt toe op de naleving ervan
- Je stelt werknota’s en nieuwe procedures op of weet de bestaande op een vlotte manier aan te passen
- Uiteraard ben je ook bereid om regelmatig mee te draaien met het team van Airside Inspectors
**Wat jou onderscheidt**:
- Je bent een geboren communicator en kan goed functioneren in een stressvolle operationele omgeving (APOC) met veel stakeholders
- Je kan vlot overweg met cijfermatige gegevens en de verwerking/interpretatie daarvan met PC
- Je hebt een bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt min. 3 jaar relevante ervaring, liefst als Airside Inspector
- Zeer grondige kennis van de topografie van de luchthaven BRU, alsook van internationale (ICAO, EASA, AIP) en nationale luchtvaart-, luchthavenreglementeringen en urgentieplannen
- Grondige kennis van de courante en de specifieke sotftware en diverse communicatiemiddelen
- Je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans. Je hebt een goede passieve kennis van de tweede landstaal en het Engels en je kan je in beide talen verstaanbaar maken
- Klantgerichte, proactieve en probleemoplossende persoonlijkheid
- Een risicobewuste, beheerste en nauwkeurige werkwijze is vereist
- Operationeel na 6 maanden
