- Gérer au quotidien le processus et l’améliorer
- Préparer et organiser les réunions du CAB (change advisory board) comme responsable ou contributeur du processus
- Préparer les changement en fournissant un calendrier prévisionnel des modifications, en construisant l’analyse d’impact (BIA) ainsi que le plan de communication vers les utilisateurs, en s’assurant de la disponibilité de la documentation et ce, grâce à une bonne coordination avec les chefs de projets et l’équipe release
- Administrer et consolider le calendrier release/roll-out
- Gérer les dépendances avec les parties prenantes informatiques et métiers
- Surveiller l’avancée du delivery et discuter des écarts potentiels et réels par rapport au plan afin de des résoudre
- Coordonner la préparation et l’exécution du déploiement
- Assurer la protection de l’intégrité de l’environnement de production

- Formation universitaire
- Une expérience de minimum 3 ans en gestion de services et opérations informatiques dans une fonction similaire
- Certification ITIL
- Être Change & Release Manager nécessite généralement une connaissance pratique du français, du néerlandais et de l'anglais. Une connaissance de deux de ces langues est déjà un atout
- Connaissance des best practices ITIL (Change, Release, CMDB, CAB, etc.) et des outils de ticketing comme utilisateur (BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, HP Service Manager, Jira, etc.)
- Esprit d’équipe, assertivité, organisation et structure
- Gérer une équipe ne vous fait pas peur et vous aimez partager vos connaissances à votre entourage
- Volonté de rejoindre Mielabelo en contrat à durée indéterminée
