Voor onze klant, marktleider in de telecomsector, te Brussel zijn wij opzoek naar een Customer Support Officer.
Als Customer Support Officer maak je deel uit van een jong en dynamisch team, dat professionele en kwalitatief hoogstaande service verleent aan B-to-B klanten.
Je komt terecht in een stimulerende werkomgeving, in het hart van "de professionele telecomsector". In deze uitdaging sta je dagelijks in contact met je vaste klanten, bedrijven, die vragen hebben rond telecom.
Concreet, klinken je taken als volgt:
- Vragen beantwoorden via telefoon, chat of mail
- Correcte en volledige analyse van de noden van de klant
- Een uitstekende relatie creëren tussen het bedrijf en de klant
- Een kwalitatief antwoord aanbieden in eerste lijn
- Opvolging inzake specifieke vragen verzekeren
- Point of contact voor het sales team betreffende after sales vragen

Je beschikt over uitstekende **communicatieve capaciteiten **in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
