**Your Role**:
As a **Customer Acquisition and Success Manager**, your mission will be twofold: acquiring new customers and ensuring their long-term satisfaction and growth. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, while also managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure smooth onboarding, continued satisfaction, and upselling of additional services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospect and Acquire New Clients**:

- Identify and engage with potential clients through strategic outreach and participation in industry events, fairs, and roadshows.
- Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to refine and enhance sales strategies.

**Client Success & Relationship Management**:

- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and successful implementation of our solutions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address their needs, resolve issues, and provide continuous support.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services such as support and consulting.
- Regularly review client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify potential areas for improvement.

**Penetrate Existing Client Accounts**:

- Develop strategies to deepen relationships with existing clients and expand the range of services they utilize.
- Conduct regular account reviews and business development meetings to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in complex sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in B2B sales, ERP, SaaS, or IT sectors.
- Proven track record of successful sales and client management.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and grow within the company.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Trilingual proficiency to cater to a diverse clientele is highly desirable.

**Knowledge**:

- In-depth understanding of ERP, CRM, and other business software solutions is a big plus.
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and effectively communicate the value proposition of our Odoo ERP solutions will be required.
