**Omschrijving**:
**Wat zijn jouw taken?**
- Je rapporteert aan de head of acquisition and client relationship management;
- Je staat in voor de acquisitie / het end to end beheer van de inkomende leads:
- Je behandelt de lead telefonisch of via videoconference, je peilt naar de klant zijn behoeften, je informeert deze en onderhandelt de beste optie;
- Je verwerkt alles in de nodige tools en maakt de offerte op voor de klant rekening houdend met de afgesproken tijdslimieten per type lead;
- Eénmaal dat de klant de offerte heeft goedgekeurd, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opvragen van de klantgegevens, het kredietakkoord, het officiële order en de eindcontrole;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van de lopende portefeuille om de rentabiliteit van de organisatie te maximaliseren: hernieuwen (of heronderhandelen) van lopende contracten, verkoop van bijkomende diensten,... ;
- Je staat in voor het client relationship management. Als advisor is het jouw rol om vragen van klanten te beantwoorden, die hij / zij heeft tijdens maar ook na het hele acquisitieproces. De NPS call back zal eveneens een deel uitmaken van het takenpakket met als doel de retentie te verhogen;
- Voor een aantal specifieke en opgelijste taken kan je beroep doen op het onboarding team.

- Je belt graag, geniet ervan om mensen te overtuigen van de meerwaarde van de organisatie en haalt voldoening uit het maken van nieuwe klanten;
- Je bent commercieel en resultaatgericht, een echte go getter;
- Je hebt jouw sales proces in handen, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor elke lead die binnenkomt en bent onderhandelingsvaardig;
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en het Frans;
- Je hebt geen schrik om administratieve taken gelinkt aan het sales proces op jou te nemen;
- Je hecht belang aan targets en teamwork.
