Brand Activation Manager Lotto-dstny

Dstny is looking for a person to lead our sponsorship project with Lotto-Dstny, which involves the best of two worlds, business and cycling.
The responsibilities include getting the most out of the sponsorship with Lotto, which means developing strategies to boost brand awareness, creating content, and driving traffic to the company website and social media platforms. In addition, tracking conversion rates and evaluating the success of our different activities that you plan and execute together with the marketing team and Lotto.
We are looking for someone interested in cycling and digital marketing who is driven and takes the initiative and can take an idea from the brainstorming stage to the finished project. That means we need a strong communicator who can oversee the day-to-day with the Lotto team and build relationships with influencers and professionals in cycling.
**What will you be doing?**
- You will be responsible for local events and our VIP hospitality events.
- You will feed the cycling team with brand activation ideas.
- You will run our social media related to the sponsorship.
- You will create content that drives traffic to websites.
- You will build presentations and speak about our sponsorship at different events.
- You will monitor our exposure and track conversions.
- Ideally, you have several years of experience as an event manager or a project leader.
- You are most likely interested in cycling and understand the sport well.
- You are stress-resistant and a good administrator.
- You are a good communicator and presenter.
- You have experience with social media.
- You have a strong interest in or knowledge of Unified Communications.
- You have good operational expertise in PowerPoint and Teams.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English.
- Positive if you have a background in sales, lead generation, and digital marketing.
- Positive if you are active in sports.
