Daily tasks:
First & Second Line support / Service Desk Support on standard hard - and software

Handling call and problems by phone, mail, in tickets

Solving remotely ; on site

IMAC activities on workstation level

Replace fixed consultants during holidays, sickness, courses and being an add-on

Languages

Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and French

English is the technical language

Professional skills

ITIL V3 Foundation Certification

Good experience with Service Management Tools

Good knowledge of recent technologies : Win 10 - O365

Theoretical knowledge of server and network areas

Work experience

2-3 years' experience in PC support, Help Desk. An equivalent combination of education and

related experience may also serve to meet these minimum requirements.
