**Duties**:
Aerospacelab is looking for an enthusiastic professional with space sector knowledge to provide Legal as well as Business Development support.
**Legal**:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
- Legal aspects management of space activities (satellite operator licensing, export control, compliance with national and international regulations )
- Sourcing and procurement support for complex matters
- Participation in the Intellectual Property strategy
- ITU satellite coordination support
- Management of collaborations through NDA, MoU, LoI, partnership agreement and others
- Legal Counselling during International Tendering Procedures
**Business affairs**:
- Seeking and implementing strategic partnerships for the company
- Sales operations and account management
- Support to project management
- Bids and Proposal support
**Must have**:
- Degree in Law / Legal affairs
- Experience in providing professional legal advice
- High-level technical comprehension of Aerospacelab space activities or at least the ability to develop it
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in a matrix environment
- Fluent in English
**Nice to have**:
- Experience in the industrial sector (Space, aviation or production sector is a plus)
- Experience with start-up or PME environment
- Fluent in French (Dutch is a plus)
