Your tasks:

- IS Service management and organisation, implementation and maintenance of (IS) support;
- Technical support line 2 (mainly in Oracle) regarding the use of information systems;
- Release notes of the information system and high level testing;
- Management and follow-up of user requests and of incidents related to information systems;
- Elaboration and implementation of relevant support processes;

**Requirements**:

- University degree in IT, combined with relevant professional experience of minimum of 8 years;
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle SQL and/or PL/SQ and experience Unix;
- Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks;
- Knowledge in end user assistance or support of information systems;.
- ITIL Certification is an asset;
- Knowledge of the French language will be an asset;
- Excellent command of the English language.
