- We are looking for a _**_Customer Care Employee_**_ to join our local team in Antwerp. As part of the BeNeLux-Germany team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and customers. You will work within a small, dynamic team where self-sufficiency and initiative are essential._
**_ Key Responsibilities_**
- _ Handle daily back-office duties, including order processing, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks._
- _ Support and execute sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling to customers._
- _ Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring professional and efficient communication_
- _ Maintain accurate customer records and handle data entry._
- _ Collaborate with the broader team to achieve operational and sales goals._

Requirements_**
- _ Strong proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (both written and spoken)._
- _ Prior experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry or commodities business is a strong advantage._
- _ Highly self-sufficient and proactive, capable of working independently in a small team._
- _ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail._
- _ A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication, taking ownership and problem-solving skills._
- _ Integrity is a core value, ensuring professionalism, reliability, and trustworthiness in all interactions._
