**Introductie**:
Voor een snelgroeiend bedrijf gespecialiseerd in de plaatsing van vloerbedekkingen in hars, dat al meer dan 7 jaar actief is in België en Luxemburg, zoeken wij een Territory Manager voor Vlaanderen.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het geven van technisch advies aan klanten over producten en de installatie ervan en werkt met hen samen om de beste oplossing voor hun behoeften te vinden.

**Jobomschrijving**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van de producten en diensten van het bedrijf, en bent in staat klanten technisch advies te geven over producten en installaties en hen te helpen bij het vinden van de juiste oplossing voor hun behoeften;
- Zoek industriële of andere projecten met behoefte aan harsvloeren;
- Ontwikkeling van de omzet van het bedrijf;
- Opvolgen van de realisatie van projecten in samenwerking met de "site" teams (klantenopvolging);
- In contact staan met de verschillende leveranciers, werknemers en klanten;
- Adviseer uw cliënten zo goed mogelijk;
- Beheren van en reageren op diverse aanbestedingen;
- Je ontwikkelt de loyaliteit van al uw klanten;
- Je informeert regelmatig uw klanten en uw management en zorg voor een regelmatige reporting over de commerciële activiteiten.

**Profiel**:

- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en Nederlands, Engels is een pluspunt;
- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring met B2B-verkoop in een bedrijf;
- Je bent een echte hunter met affiniteit voor de bouwwereld;
- Je bent graag ter plaatse om samen met de teamleiders de verschillende projecten van je klanten op te volgen;
- Je bent vertrouwd met de B2B-sector en je bent een goede communicator;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Word en Excel;
- Je bent autonoom.
