Manutan is een one stop shop producten en diensten voor bedrijven uit alle sectoren. Als Europees leider in BtoB e-commerce, willen we onze klanten een mooie ervaring op onze webshops bezorgen. Jij kan de gids zijn in hun reis. Jij helpt hen de producten of diensten te vinden die ze nodig hebben. Met 700 000 producten op onze websites, 26 webshops verbonden aan 1 centraal e-commerce platform, verwerken wij meer dan 1 miljoen online bestellingen en ontvangen wij jaarlijks meer dan 25 miljoen bezoekers op onze websites. Samen met je marketing collega’s werk je aan de invulling van de digitale ambities van Manutan.
**Wat ga je doen?**
- Wij willen onze klanten zo goed mogelijk bereiken. Jij speelt daarin een centrale rol. Je bent dagelijks bezig met het genereren en optimaliseren van kwalitatieve traffic naar onze vier Benelux webshops. Dit doe je middels het optimaal inzetten van online campagnes (organisch en paid). Je meet, analyseert en rapporteert de performance van onze online kanalen. Je stuurt op online indicatoren zoals vindbaarheid, conversie en clicks. Je optimaliseert de effectiviteit en winstgevendheid van onze online middelen. Je zet de verschillende kanalen op een strategische manier in zodat hun potentieel maximaal benut wordt. Je ondersteunt jouw digital collega's met het optimaliseren van onze websites. Je werkt op Agile wijze mee aan het ontwikkelen van digitale content en conversie-optimalisaties. Je denkt mee over onze digitale toekomst (trends, inzicht in klantgedrag en in websites van andere spelers, etc).
- Je staat er niet alleen voor. Je werkt nauw samen met jouw (digital) marketing collega’s, onze (internationale) agencies en jouw Europese collega’s staan altijd klaar om te helpen.

**Het team**
- Vanuit België werk je in een gevarieerd (Marketing) team van 15 collega’s.
- Het Benelux Marketing team bestaatuit content schrijvers, customer relationship marketeers, digital marketeers, trade marketeers en bevindt zich verspreid over België en Nederland. Daarnaast schakel je ook met collega’s van de andere afdelingen en sta je in nauw contact met jouw collega’s in Parijs.
- Kennisdeling en nieuwe ideeën bedenken is in het team vanzelfsprekend. Het team staat altijd voor elkaar klaar en daagt elkaar uit om steeds weer met iets nieuws te komen. Aan humor ontbreekt het daarbij zeker ook niet.
**Wie ben jij?**
- Relevante bachelor opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je bent vertrouwd met webanalytics ( Google Analytics).
- Je hebt een goed begrip van digitale marketingkanalen en -tactieken, zoals SEO, SEA, social media advertising, display advertising, enz.
- Je bent analytisch, flexibel en slagvaardig;
- Je hebt ongeveer 3 jaar ervaring in een online functie;
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels is een must, Frans een pré.
- Je voelt je thuis in een internationale organisatie en bent bereid om, als onderdeel van het Benelux marketingteam, zo nu en dan naar Nederland af te reizen.
