**Benieuwd naar wat jou zoal te wachten als “expert systemen en telecom”?** Verwacht je maar aan een diverse mix van taken zodanig dat verveling niet snel zal toeslaan.

Kan jij goed overweg met **Linux en Windows**? Perfect, want jij zal instaan voor het beheer, onderhoud en de goede werking van deze twee servers.

Daarnaast sta jij ook in voor de **installatie en configuratie** van allerhande **software** op onze servers. Als er specifieke noden zijn of aanvragen, dan kan men steeds bij jou terecht. Eens alles goed geïnstalleerd is, zorg jij ook voor het nodige **toezicht en onderhoud**. Een goed onderhoud zorgt er immers voor dat storingen kunnen vermeden worden.

Eens een systeem geïnstalleerd is, zijn er ook regelmatig updates nodig. Jij houdt je dan bezig met het **implementeren van nieuwe functionaliteiten** en brengt verbeteringen aan bij bestaande systemen waar nodig. In een digitale wereld verandert alles snel, maar op die manier proberen wij ook steeds mee te zijn met de nieuwste technische snufjes

Communicatie is ook van essentieel belang binnen onze organisatie en daarvoor is een uitstekende telecommunicatie-infrastructuur van groot belang. Ook daar kan jij je steentje bijdragen door mee te werken aan het **upgraden van bestaande communicatie-infrastructuur.**

Niet iedereen kan even goed overweg met IT en technologie, maar geen nood, want jij staat mensen graag bij met raad en daad. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt bij uitstek als mensen met vragen zitten. Zo **beantwoord jij oproepen en aanvragen **van gebruikers als ze **technische bijstand** nodig hebben. Jij zoekt steeds naar de beste oplossingen voor hun probleem en soms overleg je hier ook over met je team.

Veiligheid dragen wij hoog in het vaandel en zeker als het gaat over gevoelige informatie. Daarom neem jij daar ook de veiligheidsvoorschriften ter harte en werk je hier graag aan mee.

Om het werk allemaal wat overzichtelijker te maken, **beheer jij ook je interventies via een ticketingsysteem**. Alle uitgevoerde interventies hou je goed bij in het systeem en documenteer je door onder andere te vermelden wat het probleem was en tot welke oplossing je gekomen bent.

Je staat ook in voor het **testen** van allerlei **updates** van **software** of **hardware**. Eens getest en goedgekeurd, **plan jij de updates in van de software/hardware** naargelang de vraag en noden van de specifieke gebruikers.

Tot slot werk je bij ons in een **tweetalige omgeving**. Sommige van je collega’s zijn Franstalig en zo krijg je de kans om je Frans ook wat bij te schaven.

Je wordt ondersteund door je team, maar krijgt zeker ook voldoende autonomie.

Er zijn 5 plaatsen bij de **Algemene Directie Digitale Innovatie en Oplossingen** (Finto Tower - Kruidtuinlaan 50, 1000 Brussel), van de **FOD Binnenlandse Zaken**.**

De **Algemene Directie Digitale Innovatie en Oplossingen** van de FOD Binnenlandse Zaken **bepaalt een overkoepelende ICT-strategie** en **beheert de gemeenschappelijke systeem
- en netwerkinfrastructuren**. We begeleiden en versterken de verschillende diensten van de FOD Binnenlandse Zaken en we ondersteunen de directies bij hun informaticaprojecten en bij de ontwikkeling van digitale oplossingen.
