Our client, a dynamic and growing company in the investment and real estate sector, is currently expanding in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands and is looking for an Administrative and Financial Assistant to join their team in Brussels.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements of company documents (UBO, Board Mandate...);
- Assist various committees with administrative tasks and regular reports;
- Record, manage and reconcile expenses and financial data ;
- Manage calendars and set appointments ;
- Maintain databases and organize sensitive information;
**Profile**:
- Degree in Finance, Law, or Secretarial Studies;
- 3 years of experience in a fiduciary, audit, tax firm, or equivalent;
- Excellent communication and time management skills;
- Fluent in French and professional level of English (Dutch is a plus)
- Proficient in office software such as Word and Excel.
