Wij zijn op zoek naar een Junior Customer Onboarding Specialist die de systemen van nieuwe klanten zo soepel en snel mogelijk aansluit op onze tech stack door gebruik te maken van kant-en-klare plugins. Eenmaal aangesloten plaats je de producten van onze klanten op meer dan 45 online marktplaatsen en zorg je ervoor dat de data mapping correct gebeurt en neem je, indien nodig, contact op met accountmanagers van marktplaatsen om de nodige problemen op te lossen.

**Doelstellingen van deze functie**
- Nadat ons salesteam een klant heeft getekend, begeleid jij het onboardingproces.
- Het proces begint meestal met het aansluiten van het systeem van de klant op onze tech stack.
- Je houdt goed in de gaten of alles soepel verloopt en controleert bijvoorbeeld of de orders goed terechtkomen in het CMS of ERP systeem van de klant.
- Eenmaal up and running help je de klanten met troubleshooting.
- Meezy is voortdurend bezig met het verbeteren van processen, klantinformatie en software. Je geeft proactief je input om deze verbeteringen te realiseren.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- Beheren van alle aspecten van een implementatieproject van begin tot eind, inclusief plannen, organiseren, toezicht houden op de workflow en communiceren van de voortgang naar Meezy teamleden en klanten.
- Je coördineert en bewaakt het integratieproces. Hiertoe ben je een stakeholder in de sprintplanning van het integratieteam, waarbij je werkt met de scrum-methode.
- Het uitvoeren van post-implementatie audits om ervoor te zorgen dat alle wijzigingen succesvol zijn geïmplementeerd en dat de software effectief wordt gebruikt
- Het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van projectplannen om ervoor te zorgen dat alle implementatiefasen op tijd en binnen het budget worden afgerond
- Communiceren met Meezy leden en marketplace account managers om problemen tijdens het implementatieproces te identificeren en op te lossen.
- Beoordelen van projectplannen en andere documentatie om ervoor te zorgen dat alle taken volgens plan zijn uitgevoerd.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Je bent vertrouwd met data formatting, Excel en API's en hebt een sterke affiniteit met technologie.
- Kunnen coderen is geen noodzaak.
- Je beheerst de Engelse en Nederlandse taal op een hoog niveau.
- Je bent zeer positief en communicatief ingesteld. Wanneer nodig weet je de klant op een prettige manier duidelijk te maken dat iets niet kan of gaat werken
- Je werkt gestructureerd en kunt meerdere grote projecten tegelijk managen
- Je bent een zelfstarter met initiatief en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- Je krijgt energie van het continu verbeteren van het integratieproces en de klantervaring
