**Customer Care Agent - Banksector (NL)**:

**Taken & profielen**:
We zijn voor één van onze klanten in de financiële wereld op zoek naar Customer Care medewerkers om de klanten te woord te staan.

Klanten nemen per telefoon contact met jou op, want jij zal hun eerste contactpunt zijn.
Ze zullen bellen met vragen over hun bankzaken of financiële producten, zoals bijvoorbeeld:
Controleren bankgegevens, hulp of info bij internetbankieren, informatie verlenen aan (toekomstige) klanten,....

Door professioneel te werk te gaan en gerichte vragen te stellen, bekom je samen met de klant een oplossing voor het probleem.
Omdat je ook een commerciële instelling hebt, spoor je al snel mogelijkheden op om de klant een volledig pakket op maat te bezorgen op basis van hun behoeften.

Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige en correcte opvolging van alle administratie.

**Vaardigheden**:
Welke eigenschappen bezit je best om op deze job te kunnen starten? Goede vraag, check even hieronder:

- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal foutloos, zowel in schriftelijke als mondelinge communicatie.
- Je werkt steeds service gericht en kan ingewikkelde problemen makkelijk vertalen naar gewone mensentaal.
- Als communicatief wonder hou je sociaal contact met de klanten, dit is een echte must binnen deze functie.
- Je houdt ook van targets, je ziet deze eerder als een uitdaging voor jezelf dan een opgelegd doel van je werkgever.
- Jouw persoonlijkheid kan in 3 woorden omschreven woorden: leergierig - enthousiast - klantgericht.
- Dankzij jouw flexibele ingesteldheid is werken in een wisselend shiftensysteem geen probleem

**Aanbod**:
Je komt terecht in een jonge, dynamische omgeving waar je sterk gemotiveerd wordt om jezelf te ontwikkelen.
Een gemakkelijk bereikbare locatie, ook met openbaar vervoer vlot te bereiken.

Het werk wordt uitgevoerd van maandag tot vrijdag in een flexibel rooster tussen 8u en 18u.
Voorlopig is het een project van 3 maanden, maar dit kan zeker nog verlengd worden.
Zo kan je ook op langere termijn een duurzame tewerkstelling uitbouwen.

Je ontvangt een brutoloon volgens barema's op basis van jouw jaren werkervaring.
Naast dit brutoloon ontvang je ook nog extralegale voordelen (maaltijdcheques na 3 maanden, talenpremie,...)
