We're seeking an **enthusiastic** intern to join our **Customer Success** department at Nodalview As a **Customer Care & Logistics Intern**, you'll work directly with our **international team**, engaging with **customers** and providing **assistance** in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Curious to see what your day-to-day will look like?
- **
Advise**and **guide** our customers through the use of Nodalview by replying to our customers' multiple requests. You'll have the opportunity to handle product-related issues, commercial requests, financial questions,...
- Transfer **customer feedbacks** to the product team to add improvements and new feature requests to our solution that would delight our customers even more
- Arrange the **shipping**of our customers' orders and follow up on material **warranties**
- ** Collaborate**with the sales team to answer shipping inquiries and **drive solutions**
- ** Monitor material stocks** by making sure we will always be able to deliver our hardware to our customers.
- Participate in building the **Nodalview customer experience strategy**.
- ** Immerse** yourself in the core of a SaaS company and communicate with every department.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- ** Bachelor level** and above (End of study internship, Gap year internship)
- ** French is your primary language** (as you will mainly contact French customers) and you have a **good command of English** (most of our internal communications are in English).
- ** Efficiency** is your second nature, and you are not afraid to pick up your phone
- You can **communicate** well with others
- You have strong **organizational skills** and an **analytical mindset** allowing you to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- You take **initiative** and you’re a fast learner.
- You have an **acquaintance with tech** and would like to understand more about how a SaaS company operates from the core.
- You have to do an internship of a **minimum of 4 months**.
- You genuinely care about helping others with **empathy**
- You have a valid **EU work permit**
- You are currently enrolled in school and can provide an** internship agreement**
- And above all, you are **hungry for growth** and are **willing to learn**
- Start date**: July 2025 or later**
