Wij zijn de opkomende Europese leider in digitale B2B handel, met meer dan 120.000 auto's op de veiling in 2021. het bedrijf werd in 2013 opgericht om de B2B-voertuighandel te digitaliseren en autodealers te helpen hun verkoop te laten groeien en hun winst te optimaliseren.

**Job Description**:
**Laten we in je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden duiken**
- Directe interactie met onze klanten om ervoor te zorgen dat ze een goede het bedrijf-ervaring hebben.
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten - ondersteun onze klanten met vragen over ons veilingproces, en help hen met het voorbereiden van hun aanvraag voor onze veiling
- Beheren van toegewezen support tickets en ervoor zorgen dat klanten op de hoogte worden gehouden en problemen tijdig worden opgelost
- Een cruciale rol spelen bij het beheren van escalaties van klanten en proactief communiceren over komende productwijzigingen en -verbeteringen
- Identificeer hiaten tussen "best-practice" en daadwerkelijk gebruik van ons product en functies
- Ervoor zorgen dat de klant alle functies van het bedrijf leert kennen - en gebruikt.
- De processen van onze dienstverleners voor betaling, transport en verzending van documenten proactief controleren
- Ervoor zorgen dat de klant alle functies van het bedrijf leert kennen en gebruikt.
- Digitale onboarding en activering van nieuwe klanten

**The Successful Applicant**:
**De noodzakelijke vaardigheden**
- Een klantgerichte instelling en gemotiveerd om uitstekende klantenservice en ondersteuning te bieden.
- Het vermogen om gebruikersvragen te vertalen naar technische verzoeken
- Een systematische en analytische benadering van het oplossen van problemen
- Eerdere ervaring met klantenservice en ondersteuning
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden met het vermogen om duurzame en vertrouwensvolle relaties met klanten op te bouwen.
- Vloeiend in zowel Nederlands, Frans als Engels
- Een groot vermogen om snel te leren en gemakkelijk nieuwe softwaretoepassingen te begrijpen.
