To achieve our mission and support our growth we’re looking for a customer support officer.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL...
- Be the first point of contact when our customers need support.
Manage the helpdesk for our clients in the UK, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Communicate new product features through our helpdesk portal.
Perform various administrative tasks (such as data input for new customer onboardings and providing administrative support for the customer onboarding managers).
Help create onboarding tools (such as product demos, tutorials, writing FAQs, ).
Assist the sales team by organizing conferences, creating sales assets,...

YOUR PROFILE
- You have a thorough understanding and knowledge of transportation concepts.
You’re fluent in English, Dutch and French (both written and spoken).
Since we’re a software company, it’s a big plus if you’re tech savvy.
You’re very customer-oriented and you have great communication skills.
You have a proven ability to handle administrative tasks with punctuality and attention to detail.
You’re flexible and you’re able to adapt easily in a fast-paced startup environment.
You are pretty creative (eg for the creation of announcements of new features, ).
