Om nog betere kwaliteit te leveren aan onze klanten zijn wij op zoek naar een** Team Coach** voor het project** De Stroomlijn** in **Hasselt**.
Met een gevarieerd takenpakket met tal van verantwoordelijkheden ben jij als het ware de brandstof voor de Contact Center motor van WeEngage.
Jouw mensen zijn verantwoordelijk voor een perfect contact met onze klant waarbij ze hen zo goed mogelijk verderhelpen en commerciële opportuniteiten niet onbenut laten. Zij zorgen ervoor dat onze klanten bij elk contact een “Amazing Customer Experience” beleven.
Jouw focus ligt op het people management van jouw team. Je coacht jouw mensen zodat zij zich optimaal ontwikkelen in hun job. Je communiceert steeds op maat van je team. Je filtert de informatie vanuit het management naar relevantie en je beslist op welke manier je best communiceert. Je organiseert op frequente basis interactieve teammeetings met je team. Je kijkt kritisch naar de huidige processen/procedures en je signaleert mogelijke verbeterpunten naar de juiste personen binnen je netwerk. Je motiveert ook je team om kritisch mee te denken en hun ideeën door te geven.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar leidinggevende ervaring;
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands;
- Je beschikt over sterke coaching en commerciële skills en beheerst de kunst om een team te motiveren;
- Je hebt een oog voor werkorganisatie en multitasking;
- Je kan kritisch denken en hebt inzicht in situationeel leiderschap;
- Je bent sterk met cijfers en probleemanalyses;
- Je hebt grondige informaticakennis (Microsoft office);
- Aangevuld met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en flexibiliteit.
