**Explore your future career**

To accompany our exponential growth in Belgium, Malt is hiring a Sales and Business Development Director in Brussels who will be in charge of acquiring, establishing, and nurturing long-term partnerships with enterprise accounts. They will also manage a team of KAMs and help them reach their objectives.

Your goal is to drive and lead all aspects of sales, operations, and prospecting activities in Belgium to consistently exceed sales targets.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, including; setting and achieving sales targets, nurturing strategic accounts, and empowering your sales team to exceed expectations. You will also play a crucial part in onboarding and managing new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid ramp-up.

This is a challenging “full-stack” sales role that will directly contribute to the commercial expansion of Malt Belgium, while building quality relationships with our key accounts. You will report directly to our GM for Benelux, Malik.

**Key responsibilities ✨**:
- Build, run and own the BE Sales targets
- Allocate territories, accounts and objectives to your sales execs with sales ops support to reach and surpass the BU target
- Growing our existing base of opened key accounts, by accelerating adoption across the client’s organisation
- Act as a Malt ambassador and leverage your network in a specific sector (Energy, Telco, Pharma, Finance,)
- Manage the career path of your team members: communicate career paths, current role/seniority, development plan, objectives and provide frequent feedback on their work
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with the top clients of your BU
- Grow a network for influencers at strategic account levels, “Warm accounts” to accelerate your new team member’s ramp-up
- Partner with Sourcing, Community, Marketing and Sales Ops teams to give your Sales more levers to sell and take advantage of the key initiatives.

**About you ‍**:
- 10+ years of professional sales experience in complex sales roles, including new business development and people management
- Fluent in English with a very good command of Dutch or French
- Solid hunting and farming skills, able to handle meetings with C-Level and multiple stakeholder management
- Strong management skills: ability to empower and motivate your team to achieve targets and drive performance in a positive way
- Data driven, process and results-oriented
