**Your new position**:
***
In this position a large part of your job will also be the
**organizing prestigious team and client events from A-Z**. You ensure the end result is always taken care of down to the last detail. You will also be giving support to the Marketing team by contributing and following up on campaigns, maintaining social media and their website, etc.

Next to that, you will be responsible for their
**office management** where you act as a true
**Wellbeing Officer** by maintaining an excellent contact with suppliers, external partners, clients and where you make everyone immediately feel welcomed by you. You
**organize breakfasts and lunches** when necessary and assure this is perfectly taken care of. Furthermore, you ensure all the
**office spaces are perfectly organized** and that the necessary
**office materials** are always present and ordered on time.

Finally you will perform other
**ad hoc administrative & discrete assignments**, such as agenda management, scheduling meetings & appointments and coordinating travel. In short, you end up in a moving, varied job with responsibility.

**Your profile**:
**fluently in English, French and Dutch** (you also have excellent written skills). Preferably you have a
**first experience in an allround role where you provided support in a high-end environment**. A bachelor's degree is a plus, but if you have the
**right ‘can-do’ attitude**, you certainly qualify as well.

**organizationally **strong and perform well under pressure by
**respecting priorities.** In addition, you always work
**accurate **and with the necessary
**professionalism & flexibility.**
