**Duties and Role**:
Under NCSC Service Transition Area lead, Service Supplier shall be responsible for and ensure that:

- ITSM service/change requests are timely managed;
- Recurring Change Management and related boards are manned at all times;
- All of the Change Management process related outcomes and actions are captured within NCSC knowledge management repositories;
- Service Provider shall be directly reporting to NCSC Transition Area Lead, Service Supplier on boarding (one time).

**Deliverables**:

- Activity KPIs (Response to SR) shall be recorded through BMC footprints ITSM system and will be reviewed by Change Management Process owner on a weekly basis.
- Review of incoming Change Requests, initial assessment, categorization and relevant stakeholder identification to be included in consideration for Technical Implementation aspects.
- Review of all approved Change Requests, scheduling and coordinating deployment activities, ensuring all of the Stakeholders are properly informed of planned downtimes or any risks to their service availability at all times.

**Requirements**:
**Skill, Knowledge & Experience**:

- Essential certification, knowledge and hands-on experience on the tools to be used by Change Manager.
- 1 Certification: ITIL v3 foundation;
- CCNA;
- Solid knowledge of Virtualization (VMware);
- Solid knowledge of Back-up (NetScout);
- Solid knowledge of Networking (CISCO, PaloAlto, Juniper);
- Solid knowledge of RHEL Operating Systems;
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems;
**Tools**:

- BMC footprints or BMC remedy (ITSM Service Request tracking);
- (File versioning, Check for architecture baseline, review system Implementation Specification);
- Visio (Architecture reviews/edits);
- SolarWinds ability to use SQL queries (Check for assets, find potential service dependencies);
**PowerBI (Create Dashboards, update data, provide reports**

**Working Policy**
- Onsite

**Travel**
- Travel to other NATO location may be required

**Security Clearance**
- Must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance

**Contract Duration**
- **Required Start Date**:2 May 2023
- **End Contract Date**: 31 December 2023 (with potential extension)
