- Developing a Customer Experience and CRM strategy to enhance the customer experience and further expand the customer base, based on good data analyses and your insights into the customer journey?
- Implementing Net Promoter Score and optimizing existing processes/flows for the further development and enrichment of the CRM platform?
- Contributing to the growth of the organization, through good database management, forecasting (e.g. the impact of certain CRM activities or the predictions of purchasing behavior), monitoring and/or adjusting the KPIs?
- The management and follow-up of the planning/activities and budget for the entire CRM project?
- Generating new leads and binding customers to the brand?
- Monitoring the rules regarding personal data of our customers within the framework of the GDPR?
- Working with the international marketing hub and the marketing departments of other countries?

**Do you have**
- A Bachelor or Master degree in marketing/communication sciences and 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position?
- Operational and hands-on attitude for the development of this new function?
- A strategic mindset and do you like to change projects?
- The analytical ability to process and work with insights from a database?
- The attitude to convince through creative and out-of-the-box ideas?
- Strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English?
- You will get a permanent contract.
