We are Zero Friction. We offer reliable and efficient B2B SaaS platform for district & communal heating and cooling suppliers and building managers. We are serving small to Enterprise customers and shaking things up in the district heating and cooling market.
Without major investment, billing and cost allocation of collective heat and other energy types is fully automated. We are fully in the scale-up phase and mentality, where we like to work together to build a success story. Ready to fight friction with us?
**Main responsibilities**
- Keep documentation up-to-date with clear, engaging content to ensure customers can find the help they need independently
- Create and manage engaging product tours to highlight key features and guide customers through our platform’s capabilities
- Provide impactful training sessions ensuring customers feel confident using our tool
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and how our platform can help achieve them
- Advocate for customers by sharing their feedback with our product team to drive meaningful improvements
**Does this sound like you?**
- Fluent in **Dutch and English** (written and spoken). _French is a bonus_
- A proactive mindset, with a passion for helping customers succeed
- The ability to explain technical concepts clearly and engagingly
- A knack for keeping content (like product documentation) clear, accurate, and accessible
- Organizational skills to balance multiple priorities like onboarding, support, and documentation
