**We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing international team.**
The role has a global remit while the majority of your time will be dedicated to our customers based in the Benelux region.
Experience in high-growth international software businesses offering SaaS/cloud-based solutions is a requirement as well as fluency in Dutch, French and English.
In this role, you will
- Build up an in depth understanding of the Bricsys products
- Work with new and existing customers to provide onboarding, integration and education to drive long term customer success
- Build strong, authentic relationships with key customer stakeholders to fully understand the customer’s needs and how we can help them succeed
- Be the voice of the customer for internal Bricsys teams, help guide the roadmap and future development based on your product and customer knowledge
- Work closely with the support team to follow-up on issues for your key accounts, and support the team with your understanding of the customers
- Ensures best practices are adopted for product use
- Accountable for client renewal, upsell and retention results and high customer satisfaction
- Proactively work with internal and external stakeholders to guide customers to successful resolutions if issues would arise
- Deliver presentations, demos and proof of concepts to customer and prospects either virtually or in-person
- Responsible for marketing success activities like webinars, blogs, 1:many campaigns,
**Your profile**
- A confident communicator with strong written and oral communication skills
- Proven effectiveness collaborating with customers and ability to understand and explain technical solutions
- A quick learner, with strong analytical skills, who enjoys getting to the bottom of our solutions, and loves helping customers
- Comfortable in a highly collaborative international environment with a hands-on and can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to operate under strict deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or other related business degree preferred
