**an ambitious Growth Marketing Manager** to shape their digital marketing content and nurture lead generations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Drive lead generation through optimized websites, engaging content, and strategic collaboration with sales.
- Create compelling content to resonate with the target audience.
- Enhance search rankings and run PPC campaigns.
- Tailor messaging and offers for each stage of the buyer's journey.
- Monitor KPIs and provide insightful reports for strategy improvement.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes.
- Bachelor degree's in marketing and business
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in growth marketing and lead generation
- Excellent English and Dutch communication skills. French is a plus
- Creative mindset, updated on industry trends and emerging techniques
- Strong organizational and team collaboration skills, with agency management experience preferred
