A human-sized law firm is currently looking for an Office Manager.
**Beschrijving**

The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

- General administrative support: opening files, supporting attorneys and Finance

Manager in their respective administrative tasks ;
- Business Development & Marketing support: database management (clients and prospects), website

seminars and other client events, participation in various business development projects

- Creation and layout of documents, newsletters, presentations, sales brochures;
- Practical organization of various internal activities and seminars;
- Office organization: stock management (office supplies) and archive management;
- First point of contact for the firm to ensure a professional reception of clients

**Profile**

We are looking for an Office Manager with a first experience of 2 to 3 years.

This person should ideally have the following qualifications and qualities:

- Have very good IT knowledge (Office 365, Adobe, etc.) and be very comfortable / open to learning new

- Have a good command of French and Dutch (at least orally) and basic knowledge of
