U bent een gediplomeerde bachelor U beschikt over een bewezen ervaring – in de dienstensector - van minstens 5 jaar in klantenbeheer U beheerst perfect (schriftelijk/mondeling) het Nederlands, het Frans met minimum een goede actieve kennis van het Engels U bent service minded en zeer commerciëel ingesteld U beheerst grondig MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook…) U bent stipt, nauwkeurig en goed georganiseerd. U kan autonoom werken maar bent ook “team player” U neemt initiatieven, u bent positief ingesteld en straalt enthousiasme uit.-
