- Actieve bijdrage aan klantprojecten:
- Deelnemen aan afspraken bij klanten en oplossingen zoeken bij problemen.
- Documenteren en naleven van specifieke klanteneisen.
- Klachtenbeheer: Behandelen en oplossen van klantklachten.
- Diverse administratieve taken binnen het departement:
- Herfacturatie.
- Beheer van kaarten.
- Opstellen van kredietnota’s.
- Blokkeren/activeren van kaarten.

Profile
Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Second Line Support Officer voor onze afdeling Operations met het volgende profiel:
- Bewezen ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar in klantenbeheer binnen de dienstensector.
- Taalvaardigheid: Perfecte beheersing van Nederlands en Frans (schriftelijk en mondeling), met ten minste een goede actieve kennis van Engels.
- Servicegericht en commercieel: Je bent klantgericht en hebt een sterke commerciële instelling.
- Uitstekende kennis van MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, enzovoort.
- Stipt en nauwkeurig: Je werkt georganiseerd en let op de details.
- Zelfstandig en teamspeler: Je kunt autonoom werken maar functioneert ook uitstekend in een team.
- Initiatiefnemer: Je neemt initiatief, hebt een positieve instelling en straalt enthousiasme uit.
