**Jouw takenpakket**
Als **Customer Success Communication Specialist** **ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van effectieve communicatiestrategieën om onze klantbeleving te versterken. Je zult nauw samenwerken met het Customer Succes team en andere interne stakeholders om te zorgen voor consistente en gepersonaliseerde communicatie met onze klanten.
- Ontwikkelen van klantgerichte **communicatiestrategieën** om de klantbeleving te verbeteren en klantloyaliteit te vergroten.
- Continue actualisatie e**n uitbreiding van onze knowledge database** (FAQ) en **bijhorende **automatisaties **in **Zendesk.**:
- Het **coördineren van klantentevredenheidsonderzoeken** en het analyseren van resultaten om inzicht te krijgen in klantbehoeften en -gedrag.
- Het bijdragen en overbrengen van **content voor klantgerichte trainingen** voor de afdeling Customer Success om een consistente klantbeleving te waarborgen.
- Samenwerken met marketing
- en sales teams om klantgerichte communicatie naadloos te integreren in campagnes en activiteiten. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de teamlead Customer Success en werk je ook nauw samen met de marketing manager.
**Kwalificaties**
- Een afgeronde **bachelor-of masteropleiding** in communicatie, marketing **of een verwant vakgebied. Of je behaalt een** **gelijkwaardig** niveau door **ervaring**.
- Uitstekende **communicatieve vaardigheden**, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- **Creatief** denkvermogen en het vermogen om boeiende en gepersonaliseerde content te creëren.
- Dankzij jouw **Copywriting skills** creër je content waarbij de juiste boodschap met positieve energie gedeeld wordt met onze klanten.
- Klantgericht en in staat om **effectief te communiceren** met klanten van verschillende achtergronden.
- **Vloeiende beheersing van de **Nederlandse, Engelse en Franse taal**, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Enthousiaste **teamspeler **met een proactieve en resultaatgerichte mindset.
