We are seeking an Administrative and Events Assistant (m/f/x) to join our international client's team in Brussels.
As an Administrative and Events Assistant (m/f/x), your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with general administration tasks such as organizing meetings, managing calendars, handling paperwork, and responding to emails.
- Managing incoming invoices and payments to vendors.
- Maintaining accurate records in the membership and contacts database.
- Providing information to potential and existing members.
- Assisting in planning workshops, meetings, and events including logistics, collaborating with vendors, setting up rooms, and preparing event materials.
- Attending events in Brussels and potentially in other European countries.
- Communicating with event participants and speakers by sending invitations, managing registrations, and overseeing welcome desks.
- Supporting communication campaigns related to events, including social media activities when needed.
The ideal candidate for the Administrative and Events Assistant (m/f/x) position should have:
- Three years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and a good command of French.
- Strong organizational, flexible, and open-minded mindset.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and collaboration platforms.
