**Jouw **takenpakket**:
Als medewerker Customer Success Advisor zal je voornamelijk het administratieve luik van dossiers behartigen. Het regelen van transporten voor onze aanloopwagens, het opstarten van dossiers, het inschrijven van voertuigen, het laten verzekeren van voertuigen, de afleveringspakketjes voorzien,
**Hieronder een greep uit je takenpakket**:
- Je zorgt voor het updaten van het overzicht voor werkaanvragen
- Je doet de dossieropvolging (bewaken van doorlooptermijnen en nemen van acties) en/of facturatie met correcte vermelding van technische vereisten, uitvoeringsmodaliteiten en controles.
- Je staat voortdurend in contact met klanten, leveranciers en andere diensten. Je fungeert namelijk als aanspreekpunt voor de dossiers.
- Je behandelt inkomende mails.
- Je checkt de juistheid van de dossiers en vraagt daarbij interne en externe adviezen aan, je volgt deze op en registreert deze.
