Onze start-up klant is opzoek naar een ervaren technisch commercieel profiel. Autonoom trek je de internationale markt op om waterzuiveringsinstallaties te promoten.
- Binnen het bedrijf speel jij een sleutelrol aangezien je nieuwe nationale en internationale klanten zoekt en later de klantenrelaties onderhoudt. Je krijgt de kans om een salesdepartement op te starten en uit te bouwen. Klanten zijn grote ondernemingen en kunnen (lokale) overheden zijn.
- Je kunt de noden van een klant herkennen en je speelt kort op de bal. Het product dat jij verkoopt is op maat van de behoeften van de klant. Goede communicatie en interne afstemming is hierbij essentieel.
- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert samen met het managementteam een salesstrategie. De eerste fase is binnen Europa. Later kan dit uitgebreid worden.
- Je kan nieuwe businessopportuniteiten uitwerken in een B2B-omgeving.
- Je bent sterk in klantenrelaties opstarten en onderhouden. Je kunt negotiëren over prijzen van dit technisch product, nl. Waterzuivering. Je bent in staat om naar (internationale) conferenties en netwerkevenementen te gaan.
- Je werkt nauw samen met het ingenieur
- en designteam om alle wensen van de klant op maat te implementeren.
- Jij geeft input naar het marketingteam. Je bent op de hoogte van de nodige trends en ontwikkelingen inzake water en waterzuiveringsinstallaties.
- Een pluspunt is kennis van hernieuwbare energie binnen domeinen als windenergie en zonne-energie. Dit zijn geen vereiste maar is een pluspunt aangezien het moederbedrijf een gevestigde waarde is binnen deze sector.
**We Search**:
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een masterdiploma binnen domeinen als engineering, environmental science, hernieuwbar energie of een gerateerd domein. Een technische achtergrond is sterk aangewezen.
- Je hebt ervaring in technische sales, bij voorkeur in waterzuiveringsinstallaties. Ervaring binnen hernieuwbare energie met sterke interesse in watertechnologie is eveneens voldoende.
- Je bent een commercieel profiel van A tot Z: je wint vertrouwen, je communiceert feilloos, je komt jouw woord na, je kunt over prijzen onderhandelen en je rapporteert rechtsreeks met het management.
- Je kunt jezelf motiveren, je bent target minded en je kan proactief businessopportuniteiten waarnemen en uitwerken
- Je hebt zin om aan de slag te gaan binnen een startup-mentaliteit.
- Je bent in staat om circa 1 maal per kwartaal naar het buitenland te gaan.
- Enkele dagen per week werk je in de open office te Leuven.
