Voor onze klant, de grootste persdistributeur van België, zijn we opzoek naar een IT-technical Helpdesk Agent. Als **Technical Contact Center Agent** ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten voor hun **technische **vragen.

- Wat zul je verder gaan doen?_
- Je staat onze klanten te woord die pers
- en dagbladen verkopen in hun winkelpunt
- Je gaat opzoek naar antwoord voor de geranten en retailers die samenwerken met onze klant. De vragen kunnen gaan over bestellingen, receptie, retour, facturaties... zeer gevarieerd dus
- Je beantwoordt de vragen via de telefoon (40%) en per mail (60%).
- Je beantwoordt de vragen via een ticketingsysteem.
- En nog veel meer.

- Die onze klanten vlok en vriendelijk te woord kan staan, zowel via de telefoon als via de mail.
- Die al ervarint heeft als call agent of in de administratieve sector.
- Die zich kan uitdrukken in het Nederlands en in het Frans.
- Die rustig blijft in drukke situaties.
- En tenslotte zoeken wij natuurlijk iemand die veel kennis heeft van **IT-technische systemen en applicaties.** In IT-opleiding of relevante ervaring is mooi meegenomen.

**Wat biedt onze klant aan?**
- Een boeiende en gevarieerde job op onze hoofdzetel te **Anderlecht**.
- Ze zijn makkelijk te bereiken met de auto en het** openbaar vervoer.**:
- Een voltijds bediende contract van **37uur per week.**:
- Een afwisselend uurrooster (7u-14u54 of 8u-15u54 of 8u36-16u30) van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Af en toe zul je een **zaterdag **moeten werken.
- Jouw inzet wordt beloond met een **salarispakket **volgens paritair comité 200 en andere extralegale voordelen zoals ecocheques, maaltijdcheques en het openbaar vervoer wordt volledig terugbetaald
- Na een opleidingsperiode is **telewerk **mogelijk met een maximum van 3 dagen per week.
