Als Hospitality & Facilities Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken:
- Onthaal van de klanten en bezoekers aan de receptie
- Telefonisch onthaal (informeren, gesprekken doorverbinden enz)
- Zorgen voor de netheid van de receptie
- Ondersteuning bieden aan de weknemers en bezoekers
- Diverse administratieve taken, PO (purchase orders) opmaak, opvolging en documentering
- Fleet Management : Contactpersoon voor de fleetbeheerder en de medewerkers van de klant
- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles: Cleaning, EHS (Environment, health&safety)
- Beheren van aanvragen via de Helpdesk Tool
- Uitvoeren van actieplannen en projecten opgezet door het account management binnen de vereiste deadline en budget.
- On site support van de Sodexo personeelsadministratie
- Kwaliteitsindicatoren monitoring en proactief uitvoeren van actieplannen.
- Kwaliteitscontrole van interventies en van de services geleverd door de Sodexo staff en onderaannemers
- Ondersteuning bij het organiseren/implementeren van Out of Scope projecten in opdracht van de klant, dit binnen de vereiste deadline en budget. Out of Scope projecten zijn o.a. special events, kleine verhuizingen, kleine renovatie
- en reparatiewerken
- Administratieve ondersteuning van de Contract Manager voor locale financiële reporting, regionale financiële reporting en operationele reporting (Scorecard), het facturatieproces en budgetcontrole.
- Ondersteunen van meetings en special events qua ruimtelijke inrichting, decoratie, catering,...
- Administratieve ondersteuning van EHS (Environment, Health and Safety): risicoanalyses, organisatie van evacuatieoefeningen, opstellen van evacuatieplannen & procedures, enz.
- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma management (FM, hotel, marketing, commercieel) en/of hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Je bent drietalig NL/FR/EN (zowel gesproken als geschreven).
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de MS Office toepassingen (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint., Teams,..).
- Je bent zeer klant
- en resultaatgericht.
- Je bent proactief en flexibel
- Je kan zowel autonoom werken als in ploeg en je hebt organisatietalent.
- Je communiceert op een vlotte en begrijpelijke manier met de werknemers en je kunt een ploeg motiveren om het beste van zichzelf te geven.
- Je bent bereidt om opleidingen te volgen teneinde te evolueren in jouw functie
